Develop and lead compelling visual concepts and narratives across print, digital, social media, events, and other channels, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with stakeholders and creative teams, oversee projects from concept through delivery, and mentor junior designers with constructive creative guidance.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders and creative teams, oversee projects from concept through delivery, and mentor junior designers with constructive creative guidance.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of professional graphic design or related experience, a bachelor's degree in graphic design or a similar field, and an online portfolio demonstrating design skills. Candidates should have advanced Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency, strong visual storytelling and design fundamentals, experience establishing visual direction and presenting concepts to senior stakeholders, and working knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects.
