Lead discovery and user research, using behavioral data and experiments to identify meaningful problems and inform product direction. Design and test end-to-end user journeys, flows, and interfaces, collaborating with Product and Engineering from early concepts through finished products.
Responsibilities
- Drive discovery and user research, selecting appropriate methods and translating insights into product direction
- Use research, behavior data and experiments to understand problems, not just validate solutions
- Design user journeys, flows and interfaces that simplify complex areas
- Hands‑on work on both UX and UI from concept to final product
- Prototype early, test, and iterate based on feedback
- Contribute to and challenge the design system when needed
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to decide what to build
Requirements
- Strong visual design eye and attention to detail
- Ability to zoom out to large user journeys and zoom in to micro‑interactions and copy
- Curiosity about human behavior, mental models and user research
- Capability to drive ambiguous problems from discovery to finished UX/UI
- Confidence to argue design decisions without a perfect answer
- Self‑motivation and initiative to investigate, improve, or build features
- Experience with fintech, self‑service, or trust‑focused digital products (bonus)
- Experience with AI in design processes or product experiences (bonus)
