Lead UX research, analysis, and design across multiple websites and applications, from evaluating existing systems and defining user needs through wireframes and final high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate with federal clients and engineering teams to deliver accessible, intuitive solutions, create reusable design resources, and mentor junior designers.

Collaborate with federal clients and engineering teams to deliver accessible, intuitive solutions, create reusable design resources, and mentor junior designers.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree, the ability to obtain a Public Trust, and 10 or more years of professional design experience, along with a strong portfolio demonstrating research-driven responsive web and mobile design. Candidates should have advanced UX research and design expertise, knowledge of Section 508 and USWDS standards, advanced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge, and proficiency with Adobe XD, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
