Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least six years of UX or product design experience, proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools, and a portfolio showing end-to-end work and shipped outcomes. Preferred qualifications include payments, fintech, or digital wallet experience; designing complex flows with security, compliance, risk, latency, or localization constraints; strong visual design and design-system expertise; and excellent collaboration and presentation skills.
