Requirements
- Requires a bachelorâs degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field and at least eight years of design management experience in commercial real estate or large-scale construction. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of design standards, building codes, and construction processes, proficiency with BIM and design coordination software, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
