Requirements
- Requires a bachelorās degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field and at least 8 years of design management experience in commercial real estate or large-scale construction. Candidates should have knowledge of design standards, building codes, construction processes, BIM and design coordination software, plus strong communication, leadership, risk management, and quality assurance skills.
