Engineering Manager – Design Engineering

Lead the day-to-day delivery of design engineering across multiple projects, managing team workload, schedules, design reviews, customer submittals, drawings, and engineering BOMs. Ensure technical quality and manufacturing readiness while coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams, resolving delivery issues, and improving engineering processes.

Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, typically 7–10 years of progressive engineering experience, and at least 3 years of engineering leadership or people-management experience. Candidates should have experience managing complex projects, engineering releases and BOMs, manufacturing collaboration, and 3D CAD; ERP/MRP experience and relevant data-center or fabricated-products experience are advantageous.
