Product Innovation & Design Manager

The Product Innovation & Design Manager will lead the development of new physical products from concept to launch, managing consumer research, design, and supplier relationships. They will also coordinate with growth and operations teams to execute product launches, manage inventory forecasts, and iterate on products based on performance data.

Requirements

• Candidates should have 3–4+ years of experience in design, innovation, or product development, preferably within the CPG or ecommerce sectors. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product Design, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in data analysis and the physical product development lifecycle.
