Responsibilities
- Lead the full design lifecycle, from discovery, research, and wireframing through high-fidelity UI and post-launch improvements, serving as the primary design contact. Collaborate with product owners and engineers to deliver intuitive medical solutions, use AI tools to improve workflows, and mentor designers while maintaining high design, regulatory, and usability standards.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of commercial experience in a similar role, a strong UX and UI portfolio, proficiency in Figma, and experience leading discovery, research, workshops, and design-system work. Candidates should communicate fluently in English at C1 level, collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams, use AI tools, and demonstrate accountability and mentoring ability.
