Lead UX design engagements for client-facing digital products, aligning design decisions with business objectives and user needs while partnering with product, engineering, and program teams. Responsibilities
- Lead UX design engagements for client-facing digital products, aligning design decisions with business objectives and user needs while partnering with product, engineering, and program teams. Guide and mentor UX designers, facilitate design and Agile activities, communicate recommendations and project status, and contribute to internal training and UX thought leadership.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of client-facing UX experience, including at least three years in consulting, with expertise in complex digital products and experience influencing teams and senior stakeholders. Candidates should be collaborative, culturally aware, strong communicators, experienced with global teams and workshop facilitation, and knowledgeable in Agile and Lean practices.
