Senior UX Designer (Helsinki, Tampere)

Design customer-focused digital products and self-service experiences from research through testing and implementation, using customer insights and qualitative and quantitative data. Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to integrate designs, present and defend design decisions, and deliver high-quality work.

Requirements

• Requires at least six years of design experience, a portfolio demonstrating design work, and experience with Figma, visual design, and user-centered methods such as research, prototyping, and testing. Candidates should bring accessibility awareness, analytical and problem-solving skills, a data-driven and user-centric approach, strong collaboration skills, and excellent English; Finnish proficiency is a plus.
