- Lead end-to-end design of AI-powered CRM experiences across desktop and mobile, including large cross-product initiatives and vision work. Partner with product and engineering leaders, guide designers, advocate for customers, and advance design practices and AI-enabled workflows.
Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of product design experience, strong AI fluency with experience using Vibe Coding tools and Coding Agents to ship production experiences, and a portfolio demonstrating impactful desktop and mobile products. Candidates should bring excellent interaction, visual, and system design skills, leadership and collaboration abilities, and experience validating designs through research, experimentation, and usage data.
