Lead design delivery from concept through construction, coordinating consultants, engineering teams, subcontractors, clients, and architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Manage design reviews, changes, schedules, compliance, procurement input, BIM coordination, technical submissions, and resolution of site issues.

Manage design reviews, changes, schedules, compliance, procurement input, BIM coordination, technical submissions, and resolution of site issues.
Requirements
- Requires a degree in architecture, engineering, or a construction-related discipline and 8–10 years of design management or technical coordination experience. Essential qualifications include experience on data centre or other mission-critical, MEP-heavy projects, BIM familiarity, broad CSA and MEP knowledge, and a record of delivering complex projects on time and to specification.
