Lead end-to-end design for Zappâs customer-facing mobile app and internal operations and commercial tools, partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for Zappâs customer-facing mobile app and internal operations and commercial tools, partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams. Conduct research and testing, design workflows and interfaces for fulfillment systems, and evolve the design system, processes, and documentation.
Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of product, UI/UX, or product design experience across consumer apps and complex internal tools, with logistics, retail, e-commerce, or on-demand experience preferred. Candidates should demonstrate end-to-end design work, user research expertise, Figma proficiency, strong communication and collaboration, and comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
