Requirements
- Requires 10+ years of multidisciplinary design experience and a portfolio spanning physical products, packaging, and spatial, retail, or environmental work, ideally in luxury or an adjacent consumer category. Candidates should demonstrate strong three-dimensional and production expertise, vendor development skills, the ability to manage competing timelines, and experience mentoring talent in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
