Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of senior designers while personally delivering complex, high-impact product design projects and setting the design vision and quality standards. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing leaders to align design with business goals, scale the team, and strengthen design practices.
Requirements
- Requires 10+ years of product design experience, including substantial experience with consumer-facing digital platforms, and a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design craft. Candidates should have experience managing senior designers, shipping products at scale, using AI tools in design workflows, collaborating across functions, and hiring and developing design talent.
