Business Analyst (Design Manager)

Gather, analyze, and document client requirements, lead requirements reviews, and align stakeholders on project objectives and scope. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver quality clinical trial systems, support implementation and user acceptance testing, estimate scope changes, and identify and manage project risks.

Requirements
- Requires an associate degree and at least two years of industry-related experience, or a bachelor's degree, along with experience communicating with clients, managing multiple projects or tasks, and understanding client requirements. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, clinical trials or pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience, technical requirements writing, IXRS knowledge, and familiarity with requirements management tools such as TFS and SharePoint.
