Product Designer - Chinese Speaking

Lead design for new web and mobile features, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI, while improving existing product areas based on customer feedback, usability testing, and analytics. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research, use AI tools to accelerate design work, maintain design systems and documentation, and support implementation through build reviews and design presentations.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for new web and mobile features, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and final UI
- Own and improve existing product areas, fixing usability issues and updating legacy designs
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define requirements and balance new work with improvements
- Use customer feedback, usability testing and analytics to guide decisions and measure postârelease results
- Leverage AI tools for research synthesis, early concepts and rapid prototyping, reviewing all output personally
- Contribute to and maintain the design system and documentation
- Support engineers during development, review builds and present work in design reviews
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of product design experience with web or mobile applications
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
- Portfolio demonstrating process, decisions and results
- Advanced Figma proficiency
- Strong interaction, visual and accessibility design skills
- Handsâon experience using AI design tools
- Experience in crossâfunctional agile teams with strong communication
