Requirements
- Candidates need foundational product and interaction design knowledge, attention to visual hierarchy, accessibility, consistency, and user needs, plus hands-on design experience through coursework, projects, internships, or equivalent work. They should communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate across product and engineering; a portfolio and exposure to research, usability testing, design systems, or responsive patterns are preferred.
