Requirements
- Candidates need proven UX or digital product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating shipped work, live prototypes, and measurable business impact, plus hands-on use of AI design tools and experience contributing to design systems and code components. They should also have a record of mentoring designers, strong product and business judgment, excellent English communication and influence skills, and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
