Analyze and design user interaction scenarios for digital, hybrid, and voice channels, including experiences involving emerging technologies. Define detailed user experiences and design digital products using prototyping, interface design, interaction design, and information architecture practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
- Create interaction scenarios and user flows for digital, hybrid, and voice products
- Develop prototypes and high‑fidelity UI designs using Figma, Sketch, InVision
- Apply motion design, design system, and atomic design principles to create consistent experiences
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives
- Present design concepts and research findings to clients and internal teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer, design researcher, or similar role
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Design of interaction scenarios for digital, hybrid, and voice channels
- Proficiency with prototyping and interface design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Knowledge of motion design, design systems, atomic design, and pattern definition
- Analytical mindset with business vision and stakeholder management
- Updated portfolio showing UX projects
- Residency in Peru
