Develop and conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research, usability studies, and discovery work to identify user needs, validate designs, and inform product decisions. Communicate actionable insights to cross-functional teams, create research artifacts such as personas and journey maps, and support product objectives in an Agile environment.

- Develop and conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research, usability studies, and discovery work to identify user needs, validate designs, and inform product decisions. Communicate actionable insights to cross-functional teams, create research artifacts such as personas and journey maps, and support product objectives in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- Requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of UX practitioner experience; 5 or more years and a bachelor’s or master’s degree are preferred. Candidates should have strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, analytical ability, experience with native iOS and Android, and proficiency with research tools and methods; a portfolio and LinkedIn profile must be included on the resume.
