Lead end-to-end design of AI agent experiences, including how agents and their capabilities are presented and how customers delegate security and compliance work while retaining visibility and control. Develop interaction patterns for reviewing and managing AI-generated work, design agent experiences across the core product and third-party applications, and establish principles for trustworthy AI behavior.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of AI agent experiences, including how agents and their capabilities are presented and how customers delegate security and compliance work while retaining visibility and control. Develop interaction patterns for reviewing and managing AI-generated work, design agent experiences across the core product and third-party applications, and establish principles for trustworthy AI behavior.
Requirements
- Requires 7+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, complex workflows, or sophisticated software, along with experience designing AI-powered products, automation, and agent workflows beyond simple chat. Candidates should demonstrate strong discovery and product thinking, human oversight in automated workflows, and shipped work through a portfolio.
