Senior Staff UX Designer, Shopping Cart and Checkout

Lead design strategy and create cohesive shopping experiences across Google products, collaborating with leaders and teams across areas including Search, Gemini, Ads, YouTube, Google Pay, and Photos. Develop and guide innovative design solutions, own design processes or systems across teams, incorporate user testing and stakeholder input, and prioritize project resources while working primarily as an individual contributor and partly as a manager.

Develop and guide innovative design solutions, own design processes or systems across teams, incorporate user testing and stakeholder input, and prioritize project resources while working primarily as an individual contributor and partly as a manager.

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 10 years of product design or UX experience, five years leading design projects and managing people or teams, three years working with executive leaders, and experience with e-commerce products. A master's degree and seven years in a complex, cross-functional organization are preferred; applicants must also provide a viewable portfolio or relevant work link.
