Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 10 years of product design or UX experience, five years leading design projects and managing people or teams, three years working with executive leaders, and experience with e-commerce products. A portfolio or relevant work link is required; a master's degree and seven years in a complex cross-functional organization are preferred.
