Senior Staff UX Designer, Shopping Cart and Checkout

Lead design strategy and create cohesive shopping experiences across Google products, collaborating with leaders and teams across areas including Search, Gemini, Ads, YouTube, Google Pay, and Photos. Develop and guide innovative design solutions, own design processes and systems, incorporate user testing and stakeholder feedback, and manage project priorities while working primarily as an individual contributor and partly as a team manager.

Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least 10 years of product design or UX experience, 5 years leading design projects and managing people or teams, 3 years working with executive leaders, and experience with e-commerce products. A portfolio or relevant work link is required; a master's degree in a related field and 7 years in a complex cross-functional organization are preferred.
