Lead product design across multiple product areas, partnering with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and designers to deliver intuitive experiences aligned with user needs and business goals. Facilitate collaborative design work, conduct and synthesize user research, create and document designs and prototypes, and develop processes and toolkits that scale the design team.
Requirements
- Requires 7+ years of product design experience, a BA/BS in Design or HCI or equivalent practical experience, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. Candidates should demonstrate broad product design skills, cross-functional product launches, design system leadership, strong communication and judgment, and a portfolio showing research, iterations, processes, and outcomes.
