Lead UX strategy and design for the eMMA modernization program, conducting research and creating user journeys, workflows, prototypes, and accessible designs. Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in UX design or a related field and at least eight years of UX/UI, product design, or related experience, including leadership on large-scale enterprise or government applications. Candidates should have strong research, prototyping, usability testing, accessibility, Agile, collaboration, communication, and facilitation experience; government, ERP, public-sector, design-tool, and design-system experience is preferred.
