UX Researcher II

Plan and independently conduct mixed-methods research, including interviews, usability tests, surveys, concept evaluations, and workflow analysis, managing study logistics and participant recruitment. Requirements
- Requires a relevant bachelor's degree and related experience, with alternative education and experience combinations accepted; a master's degree is preferred, and 2â4 years of applied UX research experience is specified. Candidates should be proficient in mixed-methods research, data analysis, research tools, project management, communication, journey mapping, and AI-assisted synthesis.
