Requirements
- Requires 6+ years of experience in UI design, art direction, or a related field, with a strong portfolio and demonstrated team leadership and mentoring ability. Candidates should have deep design systems expertise, advanced Figma skills, knowledge of responsive and mobile design, strong client communication, and experience collaborating across disciplines.
