Requirements
- Candidates should have proven experience leading and growing digital hardware or RTL engineering teams, with strong ASIC and/or FPGA expertise across architecture, RTL design, and verification. They should be able to recruit and develop talent, understand hardware development methodologies and design flows, and balance technical leadership with people development and delivery.
