Lead design for each site from land appraisal through planning, tender, and construction, coordinating civil and electrical designers and ensuring packages are buildable, compliant, and cost-effective. Requirements
- The role requires demonstrated competency producing Stage 4 design packages and taking them through UK planning, ideally for multi-site rollouts, along with fluency in AutoCAD, Revit, and vehicle tracking software. Applicants should hold ARB, CIAT, or chartered engineer status and a full UK driving licence; Principal Designer experience under CDM 2015 or Building Regulations is advantageous but not required.
