Lead and coordinate design throughout the project lifecycle, managing deliverables, assurance, progress reporting, risks, and interfaces with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Requirements
- Requires proven Design Manager experience in construction, a degree or equivalent in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, and experience managing multidisciplinary teams on major building and industrial or logistics projects. Candidates should have strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and technical standards, alongside programme coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills; professional membership and BIM knowledge are desirable.
