Senior Design Manager

Lead and manage the design process from pre-construction through project completion, ensuring safe, compliant, buildable, sustainable, and commercially effective solutions. Coordinate design teams and stakeholders, maintain design registers and assurance processes, monitor progress, manage risks, and support tendering and project delivery.

Requirements
- Requires significant experience as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager delivering major industrial, logistics, or commercial construction projects, with knowledge of design management across RIBA stages and UK regulations. Candidates should have experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, strong BIM and commercial understanding, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software; CIOB or ICE membership is desirable.
