Requirements
- Candidates should have 8+ years of product design experience, including leadership in an early-stage, high-growth startup, and a record of hiring, mentoring, and managing designers. They should combine strategic and hands-on design ability, strong UX/UI craft, expertise in Figma and complex workflows, and confidence influencing executives and delivering iteratively.
