Requirements
- Candidates should bring hands-on product design experience, strong skills in user flows, visual design, systems, writing, and accessibility, and enough frontend knowledge to build with AI tools. They should demonstrate sound judgment, initiative, collaboration, receptiveness to feedback, and ownership of work through launch; senior candidates are expected to have owned a whole product area.
