Manage the design process throughout the development lifecycle, working with internal teams and external consultants to review and challenge proposals for practical, cost-effective, and innovative solutions. Support procurement by assessing subcontractor alternatives, checking drawings for regulatory compliance, and researching products, technologies, and construction methods that can improve project performance.

Requirements
- Applicants should have an NVQ Level 5 qualification or equivalent, solid knowledge of Building Regulations, and a strong understanding of JCT contracts. They should be confident in making and explaining decisions, proficient in Word and Excel, and have intermediate AutoCAD and Adobe Acrobat skills; high-rise development and residential-for-rent experience are advantageous.
