Senior UX Designer / Frontendutvecklare

Combine UX design and frontend development to create engaging, effective digital experiences, working closely with creative colleagues and developers. Lead client engagements and delivery, build trusted client relationships, guide creative processes, and identify opportunities to improve solutions and grow the business.
Responsibilities
- Combine UX design with development to produce feasible, highâquality digital experiences
- Build and refine prototypes in code (HTML/CSS/JS) and design tools
- Lead concept development and creative workshops
- Gather, package and apply user and customer insights
- Collaborate closely with developers to align design with technical constraints
- Apply current accessibility standards throughout the design process
- Provide advisory consulting to clients and drive solution development
- Mentor and lead other designers and developers
Requirements
- Strong UX design background with ability to work closely with developers
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for prototyping
- Experience with Figma and other sketch/prototype tools
- Ability to lead concept development and creative processes
- Experience gathering and translating user and client insights
- Facilitation of workshops and adherence to accessibility directives
- Consulting experience and ability to build client relationships
- Leadership and teamâdriving capabilities
