- Own at least one product per season from initial brief through commercialization, developing concepts, patterns, prototypes, and technical documentation. Conduct field and shop testing, share feedback and data, improve existing products, and collaborate on design changes while considering target costs and MSRP.
Requirements
- Requires at least three years of experience in product design, patternmaking, or a similar role, along with CAD and patternmaking experience and strong sewing skills. A relevant bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent hands-on experience is required, and backcountry experience is essential.
