Design and enable RF front-end circuitsâincluding switches, antenna tuners, low-noise amplifiers, and associated control circuitryâfor cellular and Wi-Fi applications using GlobalFoundries RFSOI technology. Verify and characterize designs, document design decisions, engage with customers to develop reference designs, and promote the technology through presentations and technical content.

- Design and enable RF front-end circuitsâincluding switches, antenna tuners, low-noise amplifiers, and associated control circuitryâfor cellular and Wi-Fi applications using GlobalFoundries RFSOI technology. Verify and characterize designs, document design decisions, engage with customers to develop reference designs, and promote the technology through presentations and technical content.
Requirements
- Requires a relevant electrical engineering degree and at least 8 years of experience with a master's degree or 11 years with a bachelor's degree, including RFSOI circuit tapeouts and proficiency with industry CAD tools and tapeout procedures. Candidates should understand communications and RF front-end architectures, communicate effectively with global customers and senior stakeholders, and be fluent in written and spoken English; a Ph.D. and high-volume production tapeout experience are preferred.
