Own end-to-end design for web, app, subscription, and connected-hardware experiences across NOBL and Flo Pilates, from research and concept development through implementation and iteration. Maintain the design system, partner with engineering and product management, balance the brandsâ distinct identities, and provide design direction as the team grows.
Requirements
- Requires 7â10 years of consumer-facing product design experience and a portfolio showing research, problem framing, shipped work, and measurable outcomes. Candidates should have web and mobile design experience, design-system experience, fluency with modern design and analytics tools, and regular use of LLM tools; connected-hardware experience is a plus.
