Senior Product Designer (Discovery + AI)
Dynamo 🇦🇷 Buenos Aires, Comuna 1, Argentina
Lead discovery with current and prospective customers, validate needs and hypotheses, and turn findings into navigable prototypes and end-to-end product experiences. Partner with Engineering, Data, and company leadership to bring designs to the platform, advance AI-enabled product experiences, and inform the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery activities with real and potential customers to validate needs, hypotheses and use cases
- Translate research insights into navigable UX/UI prototypes, using AI tools to accelerate design
- Design end‑to‑end user experiences, including information architecture, flows and interface designs for Journeys
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data and technical leadership to implement designs on the platform
- Contribute design perspective to product road‑maps together with the CEO and technical leaders
- Promote AI as a core part of the design workflow, identifying opportunities to enhance the product experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design or equivalent digital product roles, preferably SaaS/B2B
- Strong expertise in UX/UI design and discovery research (interviews, testing, validation)
- Proven ability to create navigable prototypes and POCs, leveraging AI tools for rapid prototyping
- Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end discovery, decision‑making, iteration and results
- Excellent communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Advanced English proficiency (or B2 level with fluency) for international collaboration
- Experience in telco, MarTech or AdTech is a plus
- Familiarity with campaign management, CVM or conversational journeys
- Understanding of telco channels such as SAT Push, USSD, RCS is beneficial
