Define and structure the design strategy for high-impact B2B and B2E portals, conducting user research and testing, facilitating ideation, and creating UX/UI designs and prototypes in Figma. Coordinate design across two to three teams, collaborate with product managers and front-end developers, integrate AI tools into the design process, and establish design methods through production.
Responsibilities
- Lead early‑stage project framing and conduct user research, including interviews, persona development, and user journey mapping
- Design UX/UI solutions and create prototypes in Figma, continuously enriching the design system
- Leverage AI tools (Figma Make, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate and enhance the design process
- Coordinate design efforts autonomously for 2‑3 product teams, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Front‑End developers
- Establish and maintain design processes, methodologies, and quality standards through to production
- Integrate analytics insights (Qualtrics, Piano Analytics) into design decisions
- Advise stakeholders and promote an inspiring design vision across the organization
Requirements
- Very senior / expert level in Product Design UX/UI with strong autonomy
- Expert proficiency with Figma and design system creation
- Extensive experience conducting user research (interviews, personas, user journeys) and usability testing
- Ability to run ideation workshops and create high‑fidelity prototypes
- Proficiency with AI design tools such as Figma Make, Claude, Gemini
- Experience coordinating design across 2‑3 teams alongside Product Managers and Front‑End developers
- Capability to define and enforce design processes and methodologies
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Qualtrics and Piano Analytics
- Practical experience applying AI tools in design workflows
- Comfort working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Fluent English (required) and strong communication/leadership skills
