Oversee landscape design from concept through construction support, reviewing consultant submissions and coordinating design integration across disciplines to ensure compliant, sustainable, buildable solutions. Manage design schedules, risks, changes, and value engineering, and provide technical support and site oversight to preserve design intent.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field and at least 12–15 years of experience, including design management and landscape projects. Candidates should bring PMC or consultancy experience, strong landscape and sustainability expertise, multidisciplinary coordination and leadership skills, proficiency with AutoCAD, BIM, or GIS, and knowledge of standards and authority requirements.
