Requirements
- Requires 2â4 years of product design experience, advanced Figma proficiency, and the ability to lead projects from discovery and user-flow mapping through polished visual design and developer handoff. Candidates should be skilled at simplifying complex workflows and communicating design rationale in English; experience with data-intensive B2B products, design systems, or usability research is an advantage.
