Requirements
- Candidates should have previously articulated and implemented a UX vision, hands-on experience designing AI experiences, and an understanding of frontline or mobile-first users. They should have at least three years of experience managing multiple designers, be an effective player-coach, be comfortable leading through organizational change, and have full professional proficiency in English; French is a strong plus.
