Requirements
- Candidates need a portfolio showing user-centered web or mobile product design, proficiency with Figma or an equivalent tool, and practical experience with UX principles, interaction and visual design, and user research. They should also have experience with design systems and cross-functional collaboration, and be able to manage priorities and communicate design decisions clearly.
