Develop and deliver original campaign concepts and multi-channel creative assets, from initial ideation and storyboarding through production, while managing projects to meet quality and deadline expectations. Mentor junior designers, collaborate with marketing and design stakeholders, and assess competitor activity and industry trends to strengthen the brand's campaigns.

Requirements
- Candidates should have extensive graphic design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision and multi-channel campaign expertise, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. They should also bring strong design fundamentals, project management skills, attention to detail, effective communication and presentation abilities, and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
