UX Designer

Design end-to-end hiring experiences and workflows for candidates and recruiters, including AI-assisted features, prototypes, and specifications. Collaborate with product, engineering, and research partners to use customer insights, communicate system behavior clearly, and improve shared design patterns and standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end design solutions for complex hiring workflows, from research synthesis to interactive prototypes
• Partner with engineering and product management to incorporate technology constraints
• Design trustworthy AI‑assisted hiring interfaces and make AI actions legible
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
• Present and critique work in cross‑team reviews
• Improve design patterns, standards and processes for the team
• Contribute to design systems and reusable UX assets

Requirements

• 5+ years delivering design solutions as a UX or interaction designer
• Experience conducting usability studies, user research, personas and journey maps
• Proficiency with Figma for high‑fidelity design and interactive prototyping
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills
• Experience designing AI‑assisted product surfaces and high‑volume transactional workflows
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and design systems
