Design intuitive interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, translating product requirements and user insights into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Collaborate with product managers and developers, maintain design systems, ensure accurate frontend implementation, conduct basic research and usability reviews, and improve responsive, accessible designs and agency workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to create UI/UX solutions
  • Maintain design systems and ensure pixel‑perfect implementation in frontend code
  • Conduct basic user research and usability reviews
  • Iterate designs based on feedback and optimise for responsiveness and accessibility
  • Prepare design assets and document interaction patterns
  • Contribute to improving agency design standards and workflows

Requirements

  • Strong UI/UX design abilities, including user flows, wireframing, prototyping and visual design
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar
  • Understanding of responsive layout, HTML/CSS fundamentals and collaboration with developers
  • Experience with basic user research, usability reviews and iterative design
  • Ability to work on‑site in Bali, manage multiple projects and communicate with cross‑functional teams
  • Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills and a solid portfolio
